基于多智能体系统理论的配电网运行控制策略Operation Control Strategy for Distribution Network Based on Multi-agent System Theory

摘要(Abstract):
为解决光伏发电及柔性负荷的协调运行问题,将多智能体系统理论引入到配电网控制当中,满足配电网中光伏和柔性负荷设备的控制需求。本文提出多智能体架构下的配电网优化运行控制策略,将配电网系统看作多级智能体结构,分别对配电网系统中不同的职能区域建立光伏发电和电动汽车充电协同优化控制模型,使用户主动参与到配电网的控制过程中。在考虑光伏发电容量、用户出行规律、电动汽车充电功率等约束条件的前提下,以10 kV配电网系统为研究对象,采用改进的粒子群优化算法及用户决策机制,优化电动汽车充电,消纳光伏发电,验证了基于多智能体系统理论的配电网运行控制策略及其有效性。
