基于区块链的多互联微电网分布式协调优化调度Distributed Coordination and Optimization Scheduling of Multi-interconnected Microgrids Based on Block Chain

摘要(Abstract):
为实现多互联微电网新能源优势互补、高效消纳,提出一种基于区块链技术的多微电网互联三级两阶段协调调度优化方法。首先,根据不同的调度级别设计了基于区块链的多区域微电网分布式协调调度框架;然后,将多区域微电网互联优化问题分解为两阶段优化调度模型,在日前预调度阶段制定日前预调度计划,实现互联区域全局经济性最优;在实时调控阶段考虑微电网内新能源实时出力的不确定性因素,针对日前计划电量和实际交易电量调控偏差进行滚动优化控制;其次,采用列约束生成算法对两阶段问题进行交互迭代求解;最后,算例分析表明,所提方法不仅能有效降低多重不确定性对互联系统安全运行及新能源消纳的影响,而且提高了互联区域的经济收益。
