计及有载调压的高光伏渗透率配电网储能优化配置Optimal Configuration of Energy Storage for High PV Permeability Distribution Network with On-load Voltage Regulation

摘要(Abstract):
为解决高光伏渗透率配电网功率倒送等问题,合理配置储能系统是有效手段。同时,有载调压变压器作为一种重要调压手段在低压配电网中广泛使用,需要在储能优化配置予以考虑。因此,将储能全寿命周期投资运维成本及购电成本最低作为目标,同时考虑储能系统的充放电损耗、荷电状态和能量存储时间等因素,建立了计及有载调压的有源配电网储能优化配置模型。利用二阶锥规划SOCP(second-order cone programming)对潮流约束进行松弛处理并求解,给出能够适用于含有载调压变压器的分布式能源高渗透率配电网的储能优化配置方案。以浙江省某低压配电网为例校验了提出方法的有效性。
