电网故障恢复的发展、现状及展望Development,Status and Prospect of Fault Restoration in Power Grid

摘要(Abstract):
电网发生故障后,如何快速准确地恢复非故障停电区的供电,对于满足用户的供电需求,减少停电损失具有重要意义。回顾了国内外故障恢复的发展历程,概述了故障恢复的相关数学模型及恢复过程中需要满足的约束条件。总结综述了当前常用的故障恢复方法,如数学优化方法、专家系统、模糊算法、人工神经网络、智能优化算法、Petri网技术、多智能体技术以及混合优化算法等,分析了各个方法的应用特点及存在的问题。最后结合电网的最新发展趋势分析了故障恢复有待深入研究的问题。
