配电线路多源数据挖掘时变故障概率计算Time-varying Fault Probability Calculation for Distribution Line Based on Multi-source Data Mining

摘要(Abstract):
准确预测配电线路故障概率对于确定配电网运行方式非常重要。本文提出一种基于多源数据挖掘的配电线路时变故障概率计算方法。首先,采用Relief算法筛选出与故障密切相关的特征变量。其次,采用支持向量机法进行配电线路运行工况预测,建立时变故障概率计算模型。最后,以某市配电系统为算例,基于馈线历史数据进行了算法验证。计算结果表明,本文提出的算法可实现线路故障概率的量化计算,从而为系统运行调控人员提供决策依据。
