高比例新能源电力系统频率稳定性的惯量需求分析Inertia Requirement Analysis of Frequency Stability of Renewable-dominant Power System

摘要(Abstract):
随着高渗透率新能源并网,同步发电机被逐渐替代,传统惯量支撑元件已经很难保证系统的频率稳定。为提高电力系统的频率稳定性,需要充分利用换流器高占比电力系统中的可控元件,提供虚拟惯量。首先,提出一种考虑系统动态频率响应特性的最小惯量估计方法,通过计算风电-储能并网系统的等值惯性时间常数,构建满足系统频率稳定性的惯量安全区间;然后,基于惯量安全区间,针对发生不同功率缺额时,系统频率稳定性与虚拟惯量之间的关系进行了机理阐释与量化分析;通过判断当前运行点是否位于安全区间内,可为频率稳定提供控制手段。最后,通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。
