基于北斗系统的电力同步网可靠性模型研究Research on Reliability Model of Electric Power Synchronization Network Based on Beidou System

摘要(Abstract):
北斗系统可提高电力同步网可靠性,为电力系统的运行控制及安全保护提供更加可靠的授时信号。考虑北斗的自主研制技术及短报文通信优势,建立了北斗系统的可靠性模型。根据电网可靠性需求及北斗特点,研究了北斗系统在电力同步网中的布点原则。基于北斗系统的短报文通信特点,提出了基于北斗的同步网的重构方式,及同步网可靠性分析模型。以某地区电网的同步网为算例进行了仿真分析,计算结果表明,北斗系统可有效提高同步网的可靠性。
