新型高增益耦合电感开关电容集成Zeta变换器Novel High-gain Coupled Inductor Switched Capacitor Zeta Integrated Converter

摘要(Abstract):
为了提升Zeta变换器的电压增益,提出了一种新型高增益耦合电感开关电容集成Zeta变换器。首先,将开关电容结构引入Zeta变换器,将变换器的输入电感作为耦合电感的原边,副边与电容、二极管组成倍压结构集成至开关电容结构中,共用开关电容中的二极管-电容倍压单元作为无源箝位支路。然后,分析了变换器工作在连续工作模式与断续工作模式下的工作原理,给出了各项性能参数。理论分析表明,变换器在实现较高电压增益的同时,开关管具有低电压应力。最后,通过搭建一台150 W的实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性。
