含断路器失灵保护的保护系统可靠性建模Reliability Modeling of Protection System Considering Circuit Breaker Failure Protection

摘要(Abstract):
作为近后备保护,断路器失灵保护影响保护系统可靠性,现有研究中多被忽略。本文基于主保护和断路器失灵保护功能,计及被保护元件和断路器不同状态,提出考虑断路器失灵保护的保护系统可靠性评估模型。综合参数灵敏度算法和优化算法对定期检修周期(次数)进行了分析。由算例可以看出,计及断路器失灵保护后系统可靠性降低,因此只考虑主保护进行可靠性分析,其结果偏乐观。通过改变对保护系统可用度影响较大的转移率参数可提高系统可用度,在此基础上进行定检周期(次数)寻优,能更加有效地提高系统可靠性。
