基于改进布谷鸟算法的三相不平衡有源配电网重构Reconfiguration of Three-phase Unbalanced Active Distribution Network Based on Improved Cuckoo Search Algorithm

摘要(Abstract):
配电网间歇性分布式电源渗透率的提高和普遍的三相不平衡运行方式是配电网动态重构必须考虑的重要因素。为此,本文对考虑负荷和分布式电源出力不确定性的三相不平衡配电网重构策略进行研究。首先,通过概率模型对负荷和分布式电源出力预测误差进行合理描述,为了简化模型结合拉丁超立方采样、场景缩减进行场景构造,用几个确定的场景描述负荷和分布式电源出力的不确定性,建立了以全局综合网损最低为优化目标的三相不平衡配电网动态重构模型。其次,提出不定进制运算并引用量子位概念对传统布谷鸟算法进行改进,用以解决非线性整数优化问题,实现了配电网重构问题的快速求解。最后,通过修改的IEEE34节点算例证明了所提方法的优越性。
