考虑区域供热系统及不确定性因素的综合能源系统日前调度Day-ahead Scheduling of Integrated Energy System Considering Districted Heating System and Uncertain Factors

摘要(Abstract):
在电热综合能源调度中,热电机组作为电热系统耦合部件,冬季时会产生"以热定电"现象,影响系统风电消纳能力提升,同时负荷和风电不确定性会对系统经济性造成负面影响。在调度中充分考虑区域供热系统热特性和不确定性因素,以最小化运行费用和弃风率为目标,建立了基于模糊机会约束规划的电热综合能源系统日前调度模型。通过算例对模型进行验证,算例采用Python和Gurobi仿真求解,验证了模型的有效性。结果表明:所建模型提高了系统经济性和消纳风电能力,并通过置信水平和模糊度的选择,可以实现系统在一定风险下的最佳经济性。
