面对未来配电网需求的并网逆变器补偿控制Compensation Control of Grid-connected Inverter Facing Distribution Network Demand in the Future

摘要(Abstract):
高频逆变器具有响应速度快、重量轻等优势,随着配电网大量电力电子设备接入,其应用将越来越广。为克服传统H桥式并网逆变器存在的桥臂直通隐患,提出一种适用于高频应用的交错并联双Buck逆变器。该高频并网逆变器采用SiC作为功率器件,在双Buck电路的基础上使用了LCL 3阶滤波器,建立该系统的波特图并分析系统不稳定的原因,通过引入1对零极点来补偿谐振尖峰。最后搭建了一台5 kW双Buck逆变器实验样机,对所提拓扑和补偿控制算法的有效性进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,基于SiC功率器件的新型拓扑结构大幅提升了变换器的工作频率,降低了滤波器的体积;补偿控制算法改善了系统的频域特性、有效提高了系统性能。
