桥式传感器电路在油中溶解气体监测中的应用Application of Bridge Sensor Circuit in the Oil Dissolved Gas Monitoring

摘要(Abstract):
变压器绝缘油中溶解气体的成分及浓度分析可对变压器绝缘性能、故障类型预定做出有效判别。该文从传感器技术方面优化设计了绝缘油中溶解气体含量在线监测系统,首次提出传感器采集桥式分压电路,用副传感器补偿传统采集电路所具有的非线性误差,以改善传感器的响应特性,提高了系统的工作性能,已投入现场运行。色谱测试数据分析结果表明,该系统能够很好地反映变压器的绝缘性能状况,实现提前预警,具有工程应用价值。
