含大型风电场的电力系统节能发电调度技术Energy-saving Generation Dispatch of Power System Including Large-scale Wind Farms

摘要(Abstract):
大型风电场在电网中的比重不断增加,使电力系统的运行调度面临新的困难和压力。文中根据风电机组的输出特性,结合储能系统的运行控制特点,建立了无储能和有储能情况下风电场的等效耗量特性,及风电场的超短期校正调度模型,使风电场出力满足一定的可控性和可调度性;从而比照常规火电厂参与节能发电调度,可减少火电厂的耗量水平,增加电网接纳风电的能力,可方便地融入现有的电网运行调度系统,有利于工程应用。通过仿真计算验证了此方法的有效性与正确性。
