国内外智能电网评价体系对比分析Review of Smart Grid Comprehensive Assessment Systems

摘要(Abstract):
智能电网综合评价可对智能电网的整体特性进行全面评估,其评估结果可反映当前的发展水平,发现电网发展的薄弱环节和制约因素,找出与目标的差距。文中详细分析了国际上已经提出的IBM智能电网成熟度模型、美国能源部(DOE)智能电网发展评价指标体系、美国电力科学院(EPRI)智能电网建设评估指标、欧盟智能电网收益评估体系等,从发展水平、评价对像、指标范围、应用情况等方面与国内的"两型"电网指标体系、电网发展指标体系、智能电网试点项目评价体系进行了对比分析,提出了构建适合我国国情的智能电网综合评价体系的思路、原则及应注意的问题,为加快我国智能电网综合评价体系建设提供了参考和依据。
