基于智能电表量测的低压配电线路参数辨识Parameter Identification for Low-voltage Distribution Lines Based on Smart Meter Measurement

摘要(Abstract):
及时识别低压配电线路参数可预防非突发性故障的发生,但囿于智能电表量测数据种类,合适的计算方法有待研究。文章基于已知拓扑及智能电表测得的有功无功、电压电流有效值,提出了一种线路参数计算方法。该方法假定了线路阻抗初值,从负荷侧推得各条线路的功率分布,从电源侧推得各电气量相位角,再用测得值及推得的相位角组成新的电气量,然后形成KVL方程并通过最小二乘法进行阻抗新值的迭代求解。最后以包含24个负荷电表节点、31条支路的配网算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
