考虑负荷偏离度的零碳排放综合能源系统优化调度Optimal Scheduling of Integrated Energy System with Zero Carbon Emission Considering Load Deviation Degree

摘要(Abstract):
综合能源系统可以在满足多元化用能需求的同时,有效提高能源利用率,减少碳排放量。在此背景下,将供能侧的经济运行与用户侧的用能体验相结合建立综合能源系统优化调度模型。在供能侧,引入光热电站作为供能系统的热电耦合模块,结合风力光伏发电机组、污水源热泵、储能装置等构建一种新型供能系统架构,实现供能侧的零碳排放;在用户侧,考虑柔性电负荷参与基于电价的需求响应以及用户对不同能源的敏感度差异等因素,建立可以衡量用户用能体验的负荷偏离度模型。此外,考虑到电、热、气3种能源的特性差异,采用混合时间尺度对综合能源系统进行调度。最后,利用NSGA-II算法对综合能源系统优化调度模型进行求解,并通过算例验证了该模型的可行性与合理性。
