高风电渗透率下的独立型微网优化调度方法Optimal Dispatching Method of Isolated Microgrids with High Wind Power Penetration Rate

摘要(Abstract):
该文针对包含柴油发电机、风机和电池储能系统的独立型微网,以运行成本最小为优化目标,建立了考虑系统网架结构特征的优化调度模型。选取风功率削减因数、发电机节点电压、电池充放电功率以及功率变换器PCS(power conversion system)的无功补偿功率作为优化变量,利用考虑潮流的遗传算法对模型进行求解。该模型不仅为包含网架结构的独立型微网优化调度提供了方法,同时还分析了不同的储能容量和储能接入位置对微网经济运行成本、系统网损和风电渗透率的影响。通过一个实际的独立型微网算例,对文中所提的模型及方法进行了验证。
