基于组合赋权和改进灰色关联分析的电能质量综合评价方法Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Power Quality Based on Combinatorial Empowerment and Improved Grey Correlation Analysis

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统电能质量综合评价方法赋权方式单一且线性指标信息聚合方式有待改进的问题,提出了基于组合赋权和改进灰色关联分析的电能质量综合评价方法。采用序关系分析法计算主观权重,并基于差异驱动原理计算客观权重。在灰色关联分析中引入理想解法TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)的思想,并结合线性与非线性的指标信息聚合方式计算评价对象的综合灰色关联度,再根据综合灰色关联度对评价对象排序。以界限向量的评价结果作为等级边界,对评价对象进行分档。实例分析表明,所提方法对各评价对象的电能质量能够正确分档排序,并在评价过程中体现对恶劣指标的"惩罚"作用。
