含可再生能源的多区域电力系统负荷频率控制Load Frequency Control of Multi-area Power System with Renewable Energy Sources

摘要(Abstract):
针对可再生能源接入后多区域电力系统惯量减小、调频困难的问题,提出一种基于虚拟惯量技术的分布式最优负荷频率控制方法。首先,对具有控制器稀疏互联结构约束的分布式最优负荷频率控制系统建立了数学模型;然后,利用Lyapunov-Krasovskii方法得出该模型的稳定性判据,利用线性矩阵不等式技术和混合整数规划法得出稀疏结构控制器的设计方法;最后,以1个4区电力系统为例进行仿真,结果表明利用所提方法可实现系统的稳定控制。
