考虑用户行为不确定性的智能电网EV充电策略Electric Vehicle Charging Strategy for Smart Grid Considering Uncertainties in User Behaviors

摘要(Abstract):
针对配电网中电动汽车接入点多面广、分散无序的特点,以及电动汽车用户充电行为的随机性,提出了一种区域配电网的电动汽车充电策略优化算法。首先,考虑电动汽车用户充电行为的不确定性,提出了一种基于傅里叶变换的电动汽车用户行为建模;其次,构建了体现电动汽车充电需求随机性以及充电损耗平衡的区域配电网电动汽车充电多目标优化模型,并通过改进的遗传算法求取最优解,获得了与用户习惯相配合的电动汽车充电策略;最后,经验证该方法能够实现区域配电网电动车接入负载平衡优化。
