大用户移峰负荷调控策略与建模Dispatching Strategy and Modeling of Shiftable Loads for Large-scale Electric Consumers

摘要(Abstract):
随着风、光等新能源机组的大规模并网,系统对调峰资源的需求也日益增加。通过对负荷侧资源用电信息的分析,评估各类负荷向系统提供调峰服务的潜力;并提出通过大用户用电需求整体平移的方式对负荷侧资源进行调控的方法。该方法包括:基于多代理技术的移峰负荷调控机制和流程,移峰负荷代理移峰补偿申报价格决策方法,计及整体负荷移峰的日前优化调度模型。基于该方法,在AIMMS优化仿真平台上建立仿真模型,对所提的移峰负荷调控方法的有效性和准确性进行了仿真验证。
