摘要(Abstract)：
JPEG2 0 0 0是静止图像压缩的新标准 ,文章对该标准中的几个关键技术进行了分析和研究 ,诸如基于分块的小波变换技术 ,结合人类视觉系统的量化编码技术 ,嵌入式分层位流的组织等。并把该技术引入到变电站图像监控系统中 ,取得了比较满意的效果
