考虑故障风险和维修效用的继电保护维修策略Relay Protection Maintenance Strategy Considering Failure Risk and Utility

摘要(Abstract):
该文提出基于故障风险和维修效用的维修决策方法,对继电保护实现差异化维修。首先构建基于保护状态评价健康指数的实际故障率模型;其次引入风险理论,依据保护实际故障率计算其故障后对系统的风险,将保护装置状态与电网运行风险联系起来;最后提出分割多目标维修效用分析方法,以维修后设备故障率减少量、故障风险减少量来决策是否维修及进行何种维修模式。算例分析表明,该决策方法全面考虑了保护状态及保护故障对系统风险的影响,能够快速、有效地进行维修决策。
