考虑供需需求的电动汽车充放电调度策略Charging-discharging Scheduling Strategy for Electric Vehicles Considering Supply and Demand

摘要(Abstract):
随着电动汽车EV的日益普及,针对电动汽车入网对电网造成负荷波动等问题,本文从用户侧和电网侧考虑通过双阶段优化研究电动汽车充放电调度策略。首先,分析了电动汽车充放电需求和车主行驶特性,确认了电动汽车参与电网调度的可行性。其次,在第一阶段优化过程中考虑车主需求,以用户充放电费用为目标函数建立模型,在第二阶段优化中考虑电动汽车参与电网调度使得达到电网削峰填谷的需求。最后,通过两个阶段的优化得到考虑供需两侧的电动汽车充放电调度策略。通过对比仿真结果,本文所提的调度策略有效降低了用户成本,减小负荷峰谷差,平抑电网波动。
