为降低光伏出力与负荷需求的不确定性给配电网安全经济运行带来的不良影响,提出一种计及源-荷不确定性的主动配电网光储运行分布鲁棒机会约束优化方法。首先,考虑光伏、储能与传统无功调节装置协调优化,构建以综合运行成本最小为优化目标的配电网确定性优化模型;其次,以Kullback-Leibler(KL)散度作为距离测度,建立光伏出力与负荷需求概率密度函数的不确定性集;然后,在满足不确定性集约束的情况下,考虑光伏出力与失负荷的机会约束,建立配电网分布鲁棒机会约束模型,并通过等效转化与样本均值近似方法实现模型求解。最后,通过算例对比分析,验证所提方法在均衡配电网运行决策经济性与鲁棒性方面的可行性与有效性。
Abstract:To reduce the adverse impacts of uncertainty in photovoltaic(PV)output and load demand on the safe and economic operation of distribution network,a distributionally robust chance-constrained optimization method for the operation of PV and energy storage in active distribution network considering source-load uncertainty is proposed. First,considering the coordinated optimization of PV,energy storage and conventional reactive power regulation devices,a deterministic optimization model of distribution network aiming at the minimum integrated operating costs is constructed. Second,an uncertainty set of the probability density function of PV output and load demand is formulated,which takes the Kullback-Leibler(KL)divergence as a distance measure. Third,a distributionally robust chance-constrained model of distribution network is established with the chance constraints of PV output and lost load while satisfying the uncertainty set constraints,which is further solved by the equivalent transformation and sample average approximation method. Finally,a numerical example is compared and analyzed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method in balancing the economy and robustness of distribution network operation decisions.
