随着电动汽车的快速发展,逐渐形成配电-交通耦合系统。交通流延迟性会对配电-交通耦合系统的运行状态产生不利影响,为此本文提出一种考虑交通时滞的配电-交通耦合系统协同运行策略。首先,构建交通时滞影响下的电动汽车充电需求时空预测模型,基于交通时滞因子的计算优化电动汽车出行路径;然后,构建交通时滞影响下的配电-交通耦合系统协同运行优化模型,构造配电-交通耦合系统各主体运行成本函数,以最小协同运行总成本为目标进行电动汽车用户的充电决策;最后,经算例验证本文所提策略能够利用交通时滞优化配电-交通耦合系统协同运行状态,并降低协同运行总成本。
Abstract:With the rapid development of electric vehicles(EVs),a power-traffic coupling system(PTCS)has gradually formed. Since the traffic flow delay will adversely affect the operation state of PTCS,a collaborative operation strategy for a power-traffic system considering traffic delay is proposed in this paper. Firstly,a spatial-temporal prediction model of EV charging demand under the influence of traffic delay is established,and the EV travel path is optimized based on the calculation of traffic delay factors. Then,the collaborative operation model of PTCS under the influence of traffic delay is constructed,the operating cost function of each entity in PTCS is formulated,and the charging decision of EV users is carried out with the minimum total cost of collaborative operation as the goal. Finally,the result of a numerical example shows that the proposed strategy can optimize the collaborative operation state of PTCS with traffic delay and reduce the total cost of collaborative operation.
